Qualifications
The candidate who will report directly to the MD/CEEO must possess a minimum Degree of Second Class (Upper Division) in Economics, Finance or Business Administration from a recognized institution. Possession of additional professional qualification such as ACA, CFA and MBA will be an added advantage.
Job Experience
The candidate must have had at least ten (10) years cognate post qualification working experience in a good bank or non-bank financial institution or in a highly successful investment or Venture Capital firm, five (5) years if which must have been spent at a top management level.
1. The candidate must be a good team player and a self starter with demonstrable track record to work in emerging market.
- He/She must posses an entrepreneurial drive and have the capacity to embrace new challenges with enthusiasm, integrity and minimum supervision.
Role and Responsibilities
i. Identify and recommend new investment opportunities that abound in key sectors of the economy.
ii. Suggest and implement appropriate business development strategies for optimum business growth and profitability.
iii. Coordinate the operations of alternative business i.e private equity investment and joint venture where the company may have substantial interest.
iv. Build diversified clientele base across medium and high-end marketers for equity investment in emerging business.
v. Generate detailed business report for management/Board assessment.
