Kitchen Manager
The kitchen Manager should be knowledgeable in food preparation and kitchen floor management logistics with experience in the selection and development of receipt based on type of menu to be prepared and applying personal knowledge and experience in food presentation.
Cook/Chef
Experienced in large catering and preparation of Nigeria, Continental and Oriental Menus.
