Hospital Project Manager Job (Lagos)


Opening for Hospitality Project Manager (Lagos)
Qualification
i.                     A first degree in Hotel Management, Civil Engineering, Accounting or other relevant discipline.
ii.                   Possession of MBA will be an added advantage
iii.                  Possession of PMPP or prince 2 certificate will be added advantage
iv.                 Candidates should be between ages of 35-45 years old.


Experience
i.                     At least 10 direct work experience in the hospitality project management capacity, including all aspect of process development and execution. 2 of which should be in the management of a blue chip hotel.
ii.                   Experience at working both independently and in a tea, collaborative environment is essential
iii.                  Through knowledge and well conversant with techno-commercial matters and statutory regulations related to the hospitality industry.      
iv.                 Experience in managing hotel projects in terms of conception and development.

Responsibilities
i.                     Liaise with stakeholders and contractors in the conception and development of major construction project for hotel construction, including site, shell and interior build out.
ii.                   Plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budgets.
iii.                  Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholder.
iv.                 Draft and submit budget proposal and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
v.                   Bid solicitation, contract negotiations, projects costs and scheduling.
vi.                 Set and continually manage project expectation with team members and other stakeholders.
vii.                Identify and manage project dependency and critical path.
viii.              Develop and deliver project report, proposals, requirement documentation and presentation.
ix.                 Proactively manage changes in projects scope, identify potential crisis and devise contingency plans
x.                   Build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
xi.                 Monitor contractor’s quality control activities and take action with the contractor to assure compliance with the quality control clauses of the contract.           
xii.                Overseeing the hotel interior design, hotel fixtures and hotel furnishings.
