Golden Penny Rice Ltd, a subsidiary of flow mills of Nigeria Plc, requires the services of professionals to join its world class rice milling team.
Position One
Rice Mill Manager (REF:RMM 11)
The Rice Mill Manager Reports to the Executive Director – Rice. Ensures safe operation of the rice mill; controls all aspect of rice transfer, handling milling, bulk storage and packaging; manage stock control and reconciliation and ensure optimal use of machines for quality rice production; identifies training needs and develops training plans for the rice milling team ensures compliance with health and safety standard
Qualification
B.Sc./HND in Engineering
5 O’ Level credits inclusive of English Language and Mathematics
The Person
Proactive, self motivated, target driven with good team leadership and strong communication skills. The successful candidates must have basic understanding of rice milling process and production management skills acquired within or outside Nigeria.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years working experience in an automated fast moving and continuous (24/7) production environment. Computer literacy with experience in using PLC operating system is also necessary.
Position Two
Rice Miller (REF: RCM 11)
The Job: report to the rice mill manager. Plans, coordinates and controls rice milling process. Draw up production and maintenance schedules: monitor product standard; timely and cost effective production.
Qualification
B.Sc./HND in Engineering
5 O’ Level credits inclusive of English Language and Mathematics
The Person
The successful candidate must be a team player, proactive, organized with good communication add analytical skills. He must have an understanding of milling process.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years working experience in an automated fast moving and continuous (24/7) production environment. Computer literacy with experience in using PLC operating system is also necessary.
