Leading Material Company Job: Vacancies for Several Positions


Vacancy
We are leading material handling company whose clients include blue chip companies across Nigeria. Due to expansion of our operation in the North, east and West of Nigeria we have the following vacancies:


REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGERS (ROM)

Job Description
  1. Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for all equipments
  2. Generate useful and timely reports for all locations under his/her region to assist management in making accurate business decisions.
  3. Handle client relationship efficiently using KYCs
  4. At as liaison between Head Office and Location managers
  5. Implement and supervise all Service Level Agreements.
  6. Ensure Quality and cost effectiveness operation.

Required Skills and Competencies     
i.                     Degree in Mechanical Engineering
ii.                   Not less than five (5) years practical experience. Fleet management familiarity preferable.
iii.                  Experience in earth moving vehicles
iv.                 Excellent technical and operational data interpretation skill
v.                   Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated resilience  
vi.                 Must be able to drive with valid driver’s licence     
vii.                Knowledge of MS Office.


STATION MANAGERS (SM)
Reporting to the regional Operations Manager, the successful candidates have responsibility of ensuring smooth operation at the location on day-day basis.

Job Description
1.      Responsible for Proper Maintenance of all equipment at his station according to company policies.
2.      Generate timely daily/weekly/monthly reports and maintain record of equipment repair and maintenance.
3.      Coordinate activities of Operational and Technical personnel and ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedure.
4.      Enforce PPE and HSSE compliance
5.      Other administrative functions

Required Skills and Competence       
i.                     Minimum of HND Mechanical Engineering
ii.                   Not less than three (3) years experience with bias in maintenance
iii.                  Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated resilience
iv.                 Knowledge of MS Office

HEALTH, SAFETY, SECURITY, ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY OFFICER (HSSEQ)
  1. Formulated and Review HSSEQ policies
  2. Responsible for risk Assessment Audit
  3. Coordinate periodic training of staff on HSSEQ
  4. Monitor HSSEQ compliance

Required Skills and Competence   
i.                     Degree in Engineering or Sciences
ii.                   NISP level 2 certification
iii.                  Minimum of two (2) years working experience
iv.                 Knowledge of MS Officer
