A reputable Pharmaceutical/Consumer Manufacturing company. With close to 50 years history in the manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceutical and healthcare consumer products. As a result growth and expansion, we require competent, highly motivated and dedicated individuals to fill the following positions:
Position 1
Regulatory Officer
Qualification
i. A minimum of B.Pharm.
ii. NYSC discharge certificate
iii. Valid registration with PCN
iv. Minimum of 3 years cognate experience in pharmaceutical industry
v. Adequate knowledge in liquids, tablet and capsules manufacturing.
vi. Basic knowledge in computer application
vii. Age between 30 to 40 years
Relevance
Specifically carrying out the following functions:
i. To renew the premises license of all the Pharmacist in the company every years with Pharmacist council of Nigeria.
ii. Register all the company products with regulatory body e.g NAFDAC, SON etc.
iii. Liaise with regulatory authorities on behalf of the company.
iv. Ensure strict adhere to ethics of Good Manufacturing practice and ISO standard.
v. Liaise with appropriate body on regulatory matters e.g. PCN, NAFDAC, SON etc.
vi. Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the company.
Position 2
Chemical Analyst
Qualification
i. A minimum of B.Sc./HND in Chemistry Biochemistry or Industrial Chemistry.
ii. NYSC discharge certificate
iii. Adequate knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
iv. Minimum of 3 years cognate experience in analysis of Pharmaceutical and consumer product.
v. Sound knowledge of analytical chemistry weighing techniques
vi. Basic knowledge in computer application
vii. Age between 25 to 35 years.
Relevance
Specifically carrying out the following functions:
i. carrying out physical and chemical analysis on raw materials, intermediate and finished goods
ii. Develop and review all raw materials testing procedures and related documents in accordance with global requirement to ensure total compliance to quality policy and requirement.
iii. Proper arrangement of raw materials retentions sample for easy retrievals.
iv. Perform quality control monitoring of water to ensure conformance to product and GMO requirement.
Position 3
Production Pharmacist
Qualification
i. B.Pharm
ii. NYSC discharge Certificate
iii. Valid registration with PCN
iv. Minimum of 3 years cognate experience in a Pharmaceutical Industry
v. Adequate knowledge pharmaceutical liquid, tablets and
vi. Basic Knowledge in computer application
vii. Age between 60 to 40 years
Relevance
Specifically carrying out the following function:
i. Assist the Production Manger in monitoring all batch production records from the start of production till completion by ensuring strict compliance.
ii. Monitoring manufacture and packaging operations by assigning jobs to supervisors, operators and charge hands.
iii. Assist in production Manager by ensuring strict compliance with production plans and generating daily production report including variances.
iv. Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of all batches for onward approval.
v. Assistance in coordinating all the work-force to ensure production largest delivery as scheduled.
vi. Liaise with all departments concerned to ensure smooth production run.
vii. Report directly to Production Manager concerning all production matters
Position 4
Laboratory Manager
Qualification
i. B.Pharm. HND/B.Sc. in Science Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry.
ii. NYSC discharge certificate
iii. 5 years practice experience, especially n analysis of pharmaceutical and nutritional food product.
iv. Good managerial skill
v. High level of commitment, sense of urgency, good intuitive, and decision-making are required.
vi. Age: Between 30 to 40 years
Relevance
Specifically carrying out the following functions
i. To provide world class quality control service for products and materials in accordance with current good manufacturing practices.
ii. Supports evaluation of new sources of raw material samples from time to time.
iii. Ensure timely sampling. Analysis and release of raw/packaging materials.
iv. Ensure that products manufactured on site are tested and released on time in line with procedure.
v. Provide necessary stability data to justify the shelf life awarded to products through effective management of stability study.
vi. Coordinate the Adherence of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) in other to maintain a world class laboratory operation.
vii. Perform the quality control monitoring of water to ensure conformance to product and GMP requirement.
viii. Ensure laboratory staff are adequately trained on current analytical techniques to improve competence.
ix. Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Quality Assurance Manager.
