Position One
Managing Director/Chief Executive
Duties and Responsibilities
i. Ensure effective implementation of the bank’s business plans
ii. Co-ordinate all the bank’s operations
iii. Provide leadership and direction for the bank’s marketing operations
iv. Report regularly to the Board on overall business performance.
Qualification and Experience
i. A first from a reputable institution and a professional qualification in marketing
ii. A minimum of 12 years management experience in a financial institution
Position Two
Head of Marketing and Credit
A first degree in marketing and a postgraduate diploma and 8 years experience in marketing in a financial institution.
Position Three
Head of Internal Control
First degree/HND and professional qualification in accountancy and 8 years experience in an audit environment
Position Four
First degree/HND and professional qualification in accountancy and 8 years experience in an audit environment
Position Five
Head a ‘Grade B’ Bureau De Change
First degree/HND and 4 years of trading experience in a Bureau de Change
Position Six
Personal Secretary
HND in secretarial studies and 7 years unbroken experience
Position Seven
Driver
Secondary School Leaving Certificate and 7 years experience and good knowledge of Lagos road.
